While our core team (Ebony and Robin) receive compensation from commissions and contracts, most of our original content and workshop offerings are an unpaid labor of love. 

Using the transparent budgeting possible on our OCF "bank account", we hope to gather a pool of resources we can collectively redistribute to BIPOC Solidarity Economy Artists we work with. Each gift helps us value the gifts of our collective members who want to co-facilitate and co-create more offerings while trying to survive in capitalism.
